TGEU Submission to Scottish Consultation on ‘Gender Recognition Act 2004’

TGEU made a submission to the consultation welcoming the expressed intent to introduce a ‘self-declaration’ procedure. Further reform needs include to improve access of underage, gender non-binary, or married persons to the gender recognition procedure.
